The Love of Family

Over the past week or so, Scott and I have been in the process of speaking with banks to figure out all there is to know about selling our home when the time comes. Ideally it would be nice to have it on the market this Spring, but we're just going to take it a step at a time and see how things go. God has always taken care of us and led us in the direction we should go, so with prayer and patience I know He will do the same this time as well! :)

At some point, we really look forward to living even closer to family and Scott being closer to his job. It's nice though, that we're in really no hurry to move and that we're already living so close to family as it is.....It could be a lot worse. We feel very blessed to have them so close and to have a wonderful home and roof over our heads! Living closer to family is not only nice for us, but also for Kaelyn. Over the past year she's gotten the chance to spend lots of time with her grandparents and for that I am very thankful. Now that she's older, it's even been fun leaving her with them for a few hours so Scott and I can have a date!! The Grandparents always love this and it's nice for Scott and I to get out once in a while too.

Tonight is actually one of those nights...although it's not really a date I guess. Scott's Christmas Party for his job is this evening. It should be fun! :) Grandma Annie (Scott's mom) is going to babysit for us while we are gone. Kaelyn loves her time with Grandma and I know they will have a great time together!!

After tonight, we're looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home together. It's nice to have those once in a while...as most weekends seem to be FULL of work to do.
